- Submersible pump controllers and other products are under warranty against defects in workmanship and material under normal use, service and specified duty conditions.
- The warranty will not be valid if the product is burnt or broken due to loose connection of wires, short circuit due to inaccurate voltage supply, wrong selection by the user, or not using lugs for termination.
- The warranty does not cover loss, damage or defect of any nature resulting from improper selection, improper installation, insufficient or over voltage conditions, dry running, phase to phase running, loose connection, water spillage, transportation mishandling, or misuse or mishandling of the panel.
- Our obligation is limited to rectifying or repairing the defective items ex-factory, provided the purchaser has given immediate written notice within 7 working days.
- This is subject to the user not opening the unit or making any changes or repairs without prior written approval during the warranty period.
- This warranty excludes every condition, statutory or otherwise, not expressly set out here.
- All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
